I have been intrigued by the topic of AI and the changing workforce which basically is how AI is being incorporated into every job and how it is changing the workforce.
Topic
AI and the workforce is exploring the topic on how and impacts of AI being integrated into the workplace. There is no avoiding this step into the future, many jobs already involve some kind of electronics, from using a human controlled robot in surgery to using your phone for two step authentication. The workplace is slowly but surely evolving and with it more advanced AI is being introduced. This not only can create jobs but also limits them.
Why is this an issue?
Although AI may help make jobs easier, there can be many issues that arise. Some of which are: less job opportunities, if there is an outage, humans may no longer have the knowledge to do the work for the AI, etc.
What are the significances of this issue?
Many people may be excited for AI to be introduced, making their jobs easier and less stressful. AI may be beneficial at first but with time more and more issues regarding the functioning of society and human intelligence will arise. As the incorporation of AI increases in the workplace, less knowledge of the … field will be required leading to skills being particularly or completely forgotten by employees in that said field.

Everyone who works will be affected in one way or another and their family’s will end up being indirectly affected.
How does this happen?
There are a number of different reasons why a business may bring in AI into a workplace. These can be to help improve employee productivity, better performance etc. AI can help improve a workplace in both the social and work aspects.

With the evolving economy, employers are struggling to keep up with demands of their clients or costumers. In addition to rising costs they’re trying to find a way to increase workflow but at the same time not spend too much money and this is leading them to rely on AI.
What are the effects?
Due to the rise of AI taking over jobs or decreasing job availability, it makes it harder for people in society to find a job in their respective field. Some people are struggling to adapt to this new technology making it harder for them to do their job.

When you first open the article, you can see an abundance of ads, showing that it wasn’t published purely for educational purposes but also for income.
