Throughout this week, I've been actively utilising my critical digital literacy skills to investigate an issue concerning internet safety. The issue I will be focusing on AI & the changing workforce, this means looking at the ways that AI is both beneficial and possible disastrous for companies and workers.
AI is dramatically transforming the workforce by automating routine tasks, which increases efficiency but also leads to job displacement in certain sectors. It creates new opportunities in fields like AI development and data science, shifting the demand towards digital literacy and problem-solving skills. However, it also raises ethical concerns about privacy and bias, and underscores the need for lifelong learning to stay relevant in an evolving job market.
